If you are looking for a stay up to 12 persons (maximum 14 persons if with children) with the same level of equipment you are at the right address. Both apartments can also be rented together. Physically, both apartments are then connected to each other by a sliding door at the entrance of both apartments. All other facilities will remain as they are in the individual apartments.
Eb & Vloed has a sea view and is easily accessible by the spacious Leopold I-Esplanade. Through the common entrance of both apartments you enter the unified apartment by means of a unique access code. From the first meters it will immediately become clear that throughout the entire apartment the turning circle of a wheelchair was central in the design of the interior.
In addition to the top-of-the-range furnishings, maximum attention was also paid to the incidence of natural light through the spacious windows, the glass roof domes and the courtyard garden.
When you rent the apartment 'Eb & Vloed' for 12 persons, all facilities of both apartments are 100% available.
This means that there are four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 with adapted toilet) fully wheelchair accessible.
The entire apartment is fully accessible because a door between Eb and Vloed is completely gone, which means that there are no longer two separate apartments.
When booking your stay, you pay the full amount through our booking site Cubilis (100% secure). If you wish another payment method, please contact us.
These modalities apply if you book through our website, if you book through another site (such as Booking.com), you must follow the payment modalities indicated on the website in question.
A security deposit of € 250,00 per flat per period will be charged (in case of 'Eb en Vloed' thus € 500,00). You pay this at the latest two weeks before arrival together with the balance of the rent. After deduction of the cleaning costs of €100,00 (€180,00 for 'Eb en Vloed') we will refund this amount at the latest two weeks after your departure. Possible damages on account of the tenant, will be deducted from this amount.

It is prohibited to spend the night in the holiday apartment with more than the planned number of people.
There is an absolute ban on smoking in the residence/apartment. This also applies to the 'sas' through which you enter the apartment.
Small pets (maximum 2) are allowed with prior permission of the owner. The breed must be clearly communicated. There is a surcharge of 25,00€ per animal per stay. The landlord is free to refuse a reservation based on the type of pet. Damage caused by a pet will be recovered from the guest. The guest also declares to have a valid family insurance.
The guest undertakes to use the apartment as a good family man. He will refund any damage he causes to the apartment and/or its contents (or caused under his supervision). As owners, we do everything we can to welcome each guest in the best possible conditions.
Keep in mind not to cause any noise disturbance to the neighbours, in particular between 22h00 in the evening and 7h00 in the morning as laid down by law.
