Location

Vloed has a sea view and is easily accessible by the spacious Leopold I-Esplanade. You can enter the apartment via a 'sas' (common with Eb) by means of a unique access code. From the first meters it will immediately become clear that throughout the entire apartment the turning circle of a wheelchair was central in the design of the interior.

In addition to the top-of-the-range furnishings, maximum attention was also paid to the incidence of natural light through the spacious windows, the glass roof domes and the courtyard garden.

Kitchen: adapted high-low kitchen equipped with all convenience and modern comfort including Nespresso, kettle, (microwave) oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ...

Room 1: wheelchair accessible room with 2 beds

  • Wheelchair friendly bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, handles and an sink that accommodates wheelchairs

Room 2: wheelchair-accessible room with 1 bunk bed for 4 persons

Conditions and cancellation

Payment

  1. When booking your stay, you pay the full amount through our booking site Cubilis (100% secure). If you wish another payment method, please contact us. 

  2. These modalities apply if you book through our website, if you book through another site (such as Booking.com), you must follow the payment modalities indicated on the website in question.

Guarantee

A security deposit of € 250,00 per flat per period will be charged (in case of 'Eb en Vloed' thus € 500,00). You pay this at the latest two weeks before arrival together with the balance of the rent. After deduction of the cleaning costs of €100,00 (€180,00 for 'Eb en Vloed') we will refund this amount at the latest two weeks after your departure. Possible damages on account of the tenant, will be deducted from this amount.

Cancellation

In case of cancellation the following costs will be charged:

  • Up to two months before arrival: 30 percent of the rent
  • From two months to one month before arrival: 50 per cent of the rent
  • From one month to one week before arrival: 90 per cent of the rent
  • Less than one week before the planned day of arrival: the full rent

Different arrival or departure times can be requested.

Arrival procedure: You will be sent an access code on the day. 30 minutes before arrival, you may call us on 0032478222810 as well. We will come and welcome you.

  • Garbage bags (residual waste + PMD) are available at the appartment.
  • 2 dish towels and dishcloth are available at the appartment.

Number of persons

It is prohibited to spend the night in the holiday apartment with more than the planned number of people.

Smoking

There is an absolute ban on smoking in the residence/apartment. This also applies to the 'sas' through which you enter the apartment.

Pets

Small pets (maximum 2) are allowed with prior permission of the owner. The breed must be clearly communicated. There is a surcharge of 25,00€ per animal per stay. The landlord is free to refuse a reservation based on the type of pet. Damage caused by a pet will be recovered from the guest. The guest also declares to have a valid family insurance.

Order and cleanliness

The guest undertakes to use the apartment as a good family man. He will refund any damage he causes to the apartment and/or its contents (or caused under his supervision). As owners, we do everything we can to welcome each guest in the best possible conditions.

Keep in mind not to cause any noise disturbance to the neighbours, in particular between 22h00 in the evening and 7h00 in the morning as laid down by law.
